Women’s Golf places fifth at the SSAC Championships

GREENVILLE, Ala. (Apr. 17, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Golf Team returned to the course for the three-day Southern States Athletic Conference Championships hosted at the RTJ at Cambrian Ridge in Greenville, Alabama where the Skyhawks finished fifth out of eight teams.

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 15, 2024) - The Southern States Athletic Conference has announced postseason honors throughout the conference for the 2023-24 season. Point Women’s Golf was featured in honors of All-Conference, Champions of Character, and Barnes and Noble All-Academic Team.

NIOTA, Tenn. (Apr. 9, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Golf Team returned to the course for the TWU Spring Invitational hosted by Tennessee Wesleyan University where the Skyhawks added a second-place finish in their last regular season tournament.
Women’s Golf places sixth at the BMCU Spring Classic

WEST POINT, Miss. (Mar. 26, 2024)- The Point University Women’s Golf team returned to action for the Blue Mountain Christian Classic hosted by Blue Mountain Christian University where the Skyhawks placed sixth out of 14 teams. The tournament was cut short due to overnight storms.
Fredrika Zetterblom earns her second SSAC Women’s Golfer of the Week award

Fredrika Zetterblom crowned as the Golden Tigers Invitational Champion as Women’s Golf places fifth overall

(Mar. 12, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Golf team returned to the course for the Golden Tigers Invitational hosted by Brenau University where the Skyhawks overall finished in fifth place out of nine teams. Fredrika Zetterblom finished first place overall and was crowned as the Golden Tigers Individual Champion.

Point Women’s Golf Releases their 2023 Fall Schedule

WEST POINT, Ga. (Aug. 4, 2023) - The Point University Women’s Golf team has released their schedule for the Fall of 2023. The Skyhawks look to return to the course on a mission, as the roster will have the experience of two seniors, six juniors, two sophomores, and one freshman. The team will have Head Coach Greg Boling leading the charge as he enters his third season at the Helm. The Women’s Golf team will look forward to competing with some of the best competition as Point has joined as a new face in the Southern States Athletic Conference.
