Women’s Golf adds postseason honors to their storied program

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 15, 2024) - The Southern States Athletic Conference has announced postseason honors throughout the conference for the 2023-24 season. Point Women's Golf was featured in honors of All-Conference, Champions of Character, and Barnes and Noble All-Academic Team.

Second Team All-Conference: Fredrika Zetterblom

The Junior from Soderkoping, Sweden made her presence on the course known each time, showing that she was crowned individual Champion twice during the season. In the fall semester, Zetterblom broke a school record for the lowest score to par with a 68. To add to her resume, Fredrika Zetterblom has also been named SSAC Women's Golfer of the Week twice this season. Her consistency and focus helped her become well-known in the NAIA and the new conference which helps her presence not to be ignored. Coach Greg Boling knows how much her value speaks volumes to the program and with an All-Conference honor, she continues to prove to be one of the best in the nation.
