Point Athletic Facilities

Point's athletic facilities are split into three different locations in West Point, Georgia; Lanett, Alabama; and Valley, Alabama. 

A 27 ½ acre complex in West Point, Georgia, West Point Park is the center of Point's athletic department. The Park includes competition and practice facilities for Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Soccer including support and administrative facilities. Point University sponsors 19 intercollegiate sports and has a student body consisting of more than 300 student-athletes. The West Point Park Gymnasium, located in West Point, Georgia, serves as a central location for many of these athletes, with locker rooms, one of the two athletic training rooms, and office spaces for coaches/administration line the halls of the lower level. For GPS navigation, input 1201 Ave D, West Point, GA 31833.

The Fieldhouse is home to over half of Point's athletic programs and is located in Valley, Alabama. The fieldhouse holds locker rooms, another athletic training room, office spaces for coaches/administration, and the athletic department's weight room. Along with the fieldhouse, the Valley location also holds Ram Stadium, home of the Point football team, the Valley Sportsplex, tennis courts and practice facilities. For GPS navigation, input Ram Stadium Dr, Valley, AL 36854.

Point Golf Club in Lanett, Alabama, serves as the home facility for Point University Golf. Originally opened in 1920, the course was redesigned and renovated to an 18-hole par 71 tract in early 2010 by Ken Ezell and CEC Golf Design Group (Deland, Fla.). Ezell renovated the existing nine holes and added nine new holes which wind through large, scenic lots at Riverside Estates.
