Fredrika Zetterblom crowned as the Golden Tigers Invitational Champion as Women’s Golf places fifth overall

GAINESVILLE, Ga. (Mar. 12, 2024) - The Point University Women's Golf team returned to the course for the Golden Tigers Invitational hosted by Brenau University where the Skyhawks overall finished in fifth place out of nine teams. Fredrika Zetterblom finished first place overall and was crowned as the Golden Tigers Individual Champion. 

Tournament Notes 

• The Tournament was held at Chattahoochee Golf Club in Gainesville, Georgia. 

• Point finished with a tournament score of 646 and shot rounds of 331 and 315. 

• The course was Par 72 and 5,804 yards. 

• Point had two players with Top-10 Finishes. (Fredrika Zetterblom and Sydney Ormsby)
