Schedule Update: Football set to play Morehead State on Saturday
WEST POINT, Ga. (Sept. 8, 2021) -- The Point University football team will be traveling to Morehead, Kentucky, on Saturday, Sept. 11, to face NCAA Division I opponent Morehead State.
Due to COVID-19 protocols within the Campbellsville (Ky.) program, Point's scheduled home opener for this Saturday was cancelled. The Skyhawks will now play at Morehead State with kick off at 2 p.m. ET. Morehead State was originally scheduled to play Union College (Ky.).
This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
Last week, Morehead State fell to James Madison 68-10.
Saturday's game will be live on ESPN+.
