Women’s Golf places eighth in TWU Invitational

ATHENS, Tenn. (Sept. 18, 2022) -The Point University women's golf team continued their 2022 fall season Saturday and Sunday by traveling to Tennessee Wesleyan University for the TWU Invitational and finished eighth place. 

Tournament Notes 

• The course was a par 72 and 5,904 yards 

• Point finished with a tournament score of 803 and shot rounds of 405 and 398.

• Peyton Woody: 35th, +32, rounds: 90 and 86 

• Alyssa Davis: 47th, +58, rounds: 99 and 106 

• Abigail Evans: 48th, +63, rounds: 103 and 104 

• Alexis Guzman: 50th, +80, rounds: 119 and 105 

• Alexis Raiford: T51, +90, rounds: 113 and 121
