"Today was a great team win and I'm proud  of the effort of our young ladies," Head Coach Tory Wooley said. "Collectively, we did an outstanding job on the defensive end as Marta took on the responsibility of guarding the opposing team's best player and holding the reigning player of the year to only six points.
Shey was special for us and she did an outstanding job dominating on the inside. Iyanna's consistent shooting has been great and we're excited about a much needed Thanksgiving break so we can come back ready to close out the new year on a great note."

Point, will be back in action on Wednesday, Dec. 1 at Bluefield University. The Skyhawks will play a total of four games in the month of December, three on the road and one inside West Point Park Gymnasium.
