Jacob Joseph earns AAC Men’s Golfer of the Week honors

WEST POINT, Ga. (Sept. 26, 2022) – Jacob Joseph of the Point University men’s golf team has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week for the week ending Sept. 23. 

The freshman from Johannesburg, South Africa, placed second in the Maryville Invitational and made the All-tournament team. 

Joseph’s two-round scores were 68 and 77, with a total of 145. 

This is Jacob’s first weekly honor of his career.  

Men’s Golf is currently competing in the Innisbrook Invitational, and the second day of the tournament will wrap up on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
