CLEVELAND, Ga. (Dec. 4, 2021) – The Point University men's basketball team looked to snap its three-game losing streak Saturday afternoon as they traveled to Truett McConnell for an Appalachian Athletic Conference matchup, but the Skyhawks were unsuccessful as they fell to the Bears 84-71.

Out of the break, TMU jumped out to a 10 point lead and remained in the lead for the remainder of the contest. The Bears led by as many as 17 and by no less than seven points.

Three Skyhawks made their way into the double-digit scoring column, with Taylor leading the way with a season high of 19 points and adding six rebounds to his stat line. Both Reeves and Freeman followed behind with 11 points apiece. Freeman also managed to add seven rebounds to the books.
