Point Football ready to take the next step with 2024 Signing Class
WEST POINT, Ga. (Feb. 13, 2024) - The Point University Football team is looking to take the next step in their program as the Skyhawks look to take on the 2024-25 season with Head Coach Trevor Zeiders as he will lead the charge for his third season.
Point University Football is coming off a 4-7 (3-3 AAC) Season. Coach Zeiders did not waste time getting on the road to add to the core of his playmakers who will return to make an impact. The recruits that are coming into this program will be joining a team that added seven All-Conference Players, 10 All-Academic Players, and one First-Team All-American. The Skyhawks will be looking to make waves for the new season as Point University Football will push to be one of the top dogs in the Appalachian Athletic Conference with multiple returners that will have field experience. Point University Football added 44 signees and is still not done with who can be a part of history. Head Coach Trevor Zeiders is excited about his class that is coming to add to a team that has a bright future to bring the spark for Point Football. "We are very excited about this class! We met a couple of needs and improved in a couple of places. We added some quality depth to continue to build on the foundation that is starting to take shape at Point." Zeiders also added, "There is still more recruiting to do, but this class is a big step in helping us to continue our growth." Zeiders is also elated for the opportunity to work with these quality young men! Coach Zeiders mentioned, "July can't get here fast enough to get them on campus!" Point University Football will look to build with the talent that has already been added to the historic program.
