Emery Bryant’s Three touchdown weekend earns him AAC Offensive Player of the Week

WEST POINT, Ga. (Nov. 6, 2023) - The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the weekly awards on Monday, November 6th where Emery Bryant earned the AAC Offensive Player of the Week honors. 

Emery Bryant gave the Faulkner secondary trouble as he had 10 receptions for 137 yards while adding three touchdowns which were all three scores that Point scored against the Eagles. Bryant averaged 13.7 yards per catch and each touchdown catch was 10, 24, and 35 yards. It is no secret that Emery Bryant is an integral part of the Skyhawk Offense and opposing defenses know they have their hands full when he steps on the field. The senior from Birmingham, Alabama has scored in nine out of the 10 games that the Skyhawks have played in throughout the season which shows how impactful he can be. Bryant is on pace for another All-Conference season as he is well respected by many teams in the conference along with being respected on campus. This is his second weekly award of the season as he won AAC Special Teams Player of the Week for his 94-yard kickoff return against NCAA Division II, Valdosta State University which set an AAC Record.
