Matthew Moses earns AAC Special Teams Player of the Week honors

WEST POINT, Ga. (Sept. 12, 2022) – Matthew Moses of the Point University football team has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for the week ending Sept. 11.

The freshman from McDonough, Georgia, averaged 35.1 yards per punt, with two landing inside the 20 and his longest being 52 yards in the Skyhawks' game against Bethel.

Moses had nine punts for a total of 316 yards.

This is Moses' first weekly honor of his career.

Point returns to action on Saturday as they host Reinhardt University in a nonconference matchup at Ram Stadium at 12 p.m. ET.
