Point University Skyhawks Face Tough Loss Against Keiser Seahawks

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.(Feb. 22, 2025)-In a challenging Appalachian Athletic Conference lacrosse clash, the Point University Skyhawks were defeated by the Keiser Seahawks with a final score of 19-4.

The game opened with Keiser setting a vigorous pace, leading to a significant halftime advantage of 13-2. Point University's athletes, including Shaun McLaughlin, Thomas Van Alstine, and Rodney Oakley, fought valiantly to turn the tide. Shaun McLaughlin scored once, while Thomas Van Alstine found the net twice and Rodney Oakley contributed one goal and an assist. Aaron Robinson, stationed as the goalie, faced a tough day against a relentless Keiser offensive.
