Coach's Quote

Head Coach Caleb Albrecht was pleased with the progress of the team and how they showed consistent effort. "It was an extremely tough course, a lot of steep hills that made it hard to get into a rhythm, but they were able to grit it out and compete well." Albrecht highlighted what was said before the race and how the outcome of everyone helped the morale of the team. "Before the race, we talked about the two things we can control, our attitude and our effort; they did a fantastic job at doing both. We saw a couple of season bests, and PR's on the women's side, and we're feeling confident going into our conference championship meet in two weeks."
