Jordan Palmer earns Second Team All-Conference in Women’s Flag Football

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 24, 2024) - The Sun Conference recently announced All-Conference honors where Jordan Palmer earned a spot as a Second Team All-Conference Player for Special Teams. This award is the first all-conference award in Program history for the Skyhawks but will certainly not be the last.

Women’s Flag Football falls to St. Thomas in home finale

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 13, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football team returned to the field for an afternoon Saturday Sun Conference home finale against St. Thomas University where the Skyhawks fell to the Bobcats with a final score of 38-0.

Game-Winning touchdown surges Women’s Flag Football past Florida Memorial

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 11, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football team returned to the field for a Sun Conference matchup against Florida Memorial University where the Skyhawks took the win with a final score of 7-6 to secure their first home win at the River Bowl in program history.

March 18, 2024

WEST POINT, Ga. (Mar. 18, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football team took their talents to Waleska, Georgia for the Georgia Invitational hosted by Reinhardt University where the Skyhawks played two games on Friday, March 15th, and two games on Saturday, March 16th. On Friday, the Skyhawks added another milestone to their program as Point picked up their first win in program history against Pasco-Hernando State College with a final score of 16-6. The second game of the evening was a matchup against Milligan University where the Buffaloes moved past the Skyhawks with a final score of 25-13. Day Two of the tournament saw Point take on Webber International University in a tight matchup where the Warriors won 27-24. Point took the field for the following game against Reinhardt University where the Skyhawks defeated the Eagles for their second win of the tournament and season with a final score of 19-13.

Point Women’s Flag Football clipped at home by Keiser

WEST POINT, Ga. (Feb. 29, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football team returned to action at the River Bowl stadium for a home Sun Conference matchup against Keiser University where the Skyhawks fell 52-6.

Women’s Flag Football edged by Milligan and Campbellsville in Home Opener

WEST POINT, Ga. (Feb. 24, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football returned to the field on Saturday afternoon for their home opener against Milligan University and Campbellsville University. The Skyhawks fell to the Buffaloes 14-0 and the Tigers 22-21.

MARIETTA, Ga. (Feb. 22, 2024) - The Point University Women’s Flag Football officially opened their season with their first official game in program history with a road matchup in Sun Conference Play against Life University where the Skyhawks fell to the Running Eagles with a final score of 12-0.
