Jacob Joseph earns SSAC Men’s Golfer of the Week

WEST POINT, Ga. (Apr. 2, 2024) - The Southern States Athletic Conference announced weekly awards including Men’s Golfer of the Week. Jacob Joseph took the honors for the week of April 1st, 2024. 

Joseph finished at the BMCU Spring Classic with T1 Finish shooting rounds of 70 and 71. The Sophomore from Johannesburg, South Africa has become an experienced leader who wants to win and help his teammates better as the #15 Ranked Men’s Golf Team continues to build momentum for their remaining tournaments. Jacob Joseph is a hard worker who has already added a nice resume to his Skyhawk career for the Men’s Golf Team. Joseph has made an appearance in the 2023 NAIA Men’s Golf National Championship, Won Men’s Golfer of the Week Twice (AAC & SSAC), and made strides as a top performer in the Southern States Athletic Conference. The Men’s Golf team will be worth paying attention to as they get ready for their last tournament at the Roadrunner Classic. This is the first weekly honor and his second career weekly honor.
