Lady Skyhawks Fall in Tough Battle Against Reinhardt
Waleska, Ga. - The Point University Skyhawks women's volleyball team faced Reinhardt (GA) Eagles in a challenging encounter on August 26, 2025, held in Waleska, GA. Despite a valiant effort, the Skyhawks fell 3-1 in a series of intensely competitive sets.
The match commenced with the Eagles taking an initial lead by defeating the Skyhawks 25-20 in the first set. However, the Skyhawks bounced back in the second set, clinching a victory with a score of 25-22, showcasing resilience and strategic prowess. The subsequent sets saw the Eagles overpowering, winning 25-20 in the third set and narrowly edging out the Skyhawks 26-24 in the fourth and final set, thus securing overall victory.
Outstanding performances came from Jasmyn Ceasar, Tianna Kynard, and Kayla Johnson, who all delivered multiple kills. Their offensive efforts were complemented on defense with multiple blocks from Danielle Coker, Kayla Johnson, and Tianna Kynard.
