Skyhawks open cross country season at UNA Invitational

FLORENCE, Ala. (Sept. 10, 2022) – The Point University men's and women's cross country teams opened the 2022 season Saturday morning at the UNA Invitational, hosted by the University of North Alabama.

The course featured teams from the NCAA Division I, II, Junior College, and NAIA levels. North Alabama won on both the men's and women's sides. 

Finishes for the women (5k)

Anna Brown—80th place | 24:17.92

Kya Campbell—82nd place | 24:39.09

Macy Babbs—91st place | 28:00.78

Elijah Pace—48th place | 28:09.30

Ian Dougherty—52nd place | 28.19.42

Brett Vanleuven—70th place | 29:34.45

Austin Hemphill—90th place | 31:11.06
