GRAYSON, Ky. (Oct. 23, 2021) – The Point University football team (1-7, 1-3 MSC) dropped a heartbreaker to Kentucky Christian University (3-4, 2-1 MSC), 25-22, Saturday afternoon in Grayson, Kentucky.

Tyrique Robinson rushed for 13 yards in the fourth quarter to help Point take a 22-17 lead with under six minutes remaining. With 42 seconds remaining in the game, Point regained possession of the ball, and a 7-yard pass to CJ Henderson, followed by a 7-yard rush from Payton Allen, would set the Skyhawks up 1st-and-10 on their 42-yard line. In the next play, KCU tarnished any hope in a Point comeback, as Allen's pass was intercepted by Devin Bacchus to ultimately end the game.
